I purchased for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She has 6 month old son and uses the machine to make baby food. When she was visiting back home in the U.S. we had one she used constantly. So I thought it would be nice to get her one for Christmas. Great gift!

The second time my husband used the product (for some spices only) it overheated, smoked and burnt out! We are seeking to get a refund but have had no feedback yet. I am thoroughly disappointed with the product, the manufacturer and the lack of contact from them. This now means I will no longer use Amazon to purchase electrical goods due to the strict stipulation of the returns policy and poor products. I recommend only purchasing electrical products of this nature once you have actually seen them for yourself in the shops (so you may as well buy them then and there). I cannot express my disappointment enough with the whole process. Not a great birthday present for my husband I am keen this be used so people get a realistic picture. my rating is 0 star but I had to put something in and so placed it as 1

I have tried quite a few small food choppers and this one may cost a little more, but looks great in the kitchen,so its worth it. Plus its also very easy to use, it chops onions very well and makes great breadcrumbs.I found the lid easy to get on and off, which was a problem with my small Kenwood one. The delivery was very very fast ordered late one day it arrived the very next day, and I also had text notification when it had been delivered. very impressed would use this company again.

The product arrived the day after being ordered and in perfect working condition, no complaints here
